Just like most things, heat pumps need regular maintenance to ensure a long operating life. 

Heat pump manufacturers recommend that the units have a full service carried out on an annual basis. 

Our owner, Josh, is a fully qualified Heating and Air Conditioning engineer, so you can rest assured he’ll deliver exceptional service and maintenance on your heat pump unit.

Work With Us

Our all-inclusive service and maintenance include:

  • Clean and disinfect the indoor unit

  • Application of anti-microbial tablet treatment within the indoor unit 

  • Clean the indoor unit’s filters, vanes, and outer covers

  • Check the condensate drain

  • Check electrical terminals 

  • Run the unit in both modes to check temperatures

  • Check the outdoor unit base

  • Check for obstructions in and around the unit

  • Check flare joints and fittings

  • Tighten valve caps

  • Check and clear coil 

  • Check refrigerant pressures

  • Clean the outside of the casing

  • Inspect for the presence of insects
